 TOPIC: HEAVEN IS REAL

TEXT: JOHN 14:1-3

Key Verse: "In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you" (John 14:2).

     Heaven is the dwelling place of God. It is also the Throne-Room of God; a place full of God's glory. It is the home of the righteous saints and believing dead.

     Heaven is the future home of all believers. It is a place whose beauty and glory is beyond human description and comprehension. It is a place of continuous worship of God in the beauty of His holiness.

     The book of REVELATION describes heaven as the 'New Jerusalem'. It is a place without power failure, no pain, no crying, no sorrow and no death. No sinner will enter in there.

    Repentance from sin and salvation through Jesus Christ is the qualification to enter heaven. Repent from your sinful ways, accept Christ now so that you can partake in the glorious welcome of God's smiling angels as His triumphant saints return home.

Prayer: Dear Lord, help me not to miss heaven, so that I will see Jesus.
